Our
equipments could work in existing
lines or integrated into our Cap
Wadding or Assembly machines.
The pieces are orientated in convoys
and with lineal vibratory feeders,
fluidized channels or conveyor
belts are transferred to the next
stations for the following processes.
Feeder could be divided into two
main groups:
Vibratory
Feeders
Vibratory feeders are recommended for
intricate pieces at high or medium production
speed.
Depending on quality requirements we
could offer our equipments with different
standard materials. Been stainless steel
the most common for production needs.
Bowls diameter’s from 150mm to
1200mm.
Vibratory
bases mechanisms are made from
150mm up to 900mm in round or
square sections and with one or
up to four bobbins epoxi encapsulated
depending on the model.
For each model we have developed
its particular spring.
Vibration and performance of the
equipment is regulated from an
electronic control devise specially
developed at Auting to control
frequency and tension.
Lineal
Vibratory
Feeder
They are specially
used to move pieces already orientated
in others circular vibratory or rotary
feeders.
Usually installed at the exit of the
others feeders they move the pieces
to the next production station. Likewise
they are a good complement in counter
or weight control system and to recharge
other feeding systems.
Centrifugal
Feeders
Rotary
feeders are used in high speed
production needs such as Cap Wadding
or Assembly Machines as well as
Filling lines. Pumps, offset printing
lines, bearing feeding system
are some of the applications where
you could see them working.
It’s common to see them
for revolution’s symmetrical
pieces.
Most of our equipments are available
to work with more than one piece
with interchangeable tooling and
all of them are manufactured with
variable speed in sizes between
500mm and 2500mm in diameter.
Unscramblers
A Rotary Feeder application
is our Unscrambler division, where you
could find the most suitable equipment
to process up to 250cc at a wide range
of production speed.
Rotary
We manufacture rotary Unscramblers
to work with 250cm3 containers
and 150 pieces per minute at production
rate.
The concept of the equipment was
though to work with round and
different containers forms.
Lineal
whith bands
A rotary feeder pre-orientate the container
and load a band conveyor that orientate
the containers one behind the other
feeding an exit conveyor.
All the equipments are adjustable to
different sizes with no tooling changes
required and could orientate containers
with very different shapes.
All the regulations are done very fast
and in a very friendly way.
The maximum speed of these Unscramblers
is 400 pieces per minute and could work
with 1000cm3 containers.
All the Unscramblers are supplied with
its hopper elevators.
