In production processes, the efficiency of the automation depends on receiving positioned parts from one or more feeding uninterruptedly.

In order to guarantee this efficiency, we manufacture Feeding Systems to position parts and drive them into the productive unit that will process them. Providing flow rate and autonomy to the automation process.

Most of our feeders are capable to feed and orient more than one piece with interchangeable tooling.
Our feeder equipment can be integrated in existing lines. We can provide a complete feeding solution, including the translation and dose of the components into the process station.

Depending on the characteristics of the part to feed and production rate, we can provide two types of Feeding System:

Vibratory Feeders

  • Vibratory feeders are recommended for intricate pieces.
  • Depending on quality requirements we offer our equipment with different standard materials as stainless steel, the most common for production needs.
  • Bowls diameter’s from 150 mm to 1200 mm.
  • Vibratory bases mechanisms are from 150 mm to 900.
  • Vibration and flow of the equipment is regulated from an electronic control device specially developed at Auting to control frequency and amplitude.

Lineal Vibratory Feeder

They are specially used to move pieces already orientated in vibratory or rotary feeders.
Located at the exit of the others feeders they move the pieces into the process station.

Rotary Feeders

  • Rotary feeders are used for high speed production.
  • Cap Wadding or Assembly Machines are some of the applications where you can consider this type of feeders.
  • They are used when scratches and marks on the pieces it is not a mandatory condition.
  • Plate’s diameters are from 450 mm to 1200 mm.
  • It is recommended to provide them together with a pre-feed system as a hopper elevator, in order to keep it loaded at every time and enhance its efficiency.
