Auting presents the AVS Line, a module designed to achieve an accurate and a proper inspection at high speed production lines.
The new vision inspection system is performed by using high-speed cameras that are able to capture images that escape human sight.
We believe that quality is essential in the entire production process. So, we not only guarantee this equipment for its mechanical characteristics, but also for the accuracy in the verification of the final piece.
Characteristics of the Module:
- Ad-hoc solutions for every request, considering an aluminum structure and internal brackets for camera, lighting, sensors and interfaces,
- Caps dosage/separation, in order to have a clean view of each other.
- Standard electrical panel is included (built under CE Rules).
- For image viewing and changing parameters includes a touch screen monitor 15”.
- Incorporation of Industrial PC.

Allows control over the equipment hardware and full connectivity via LAN and Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks. This makes it possible to:
- Monitoring.
- Diagnostic of faults.
- Remote Assistance from our customer support team.
- Rescheduling parameters.
- Data acquisition.
- Production statistics.
- Connecting peripherals audio and video hardware, such as headphones, monitors, microphones, keyboards, mouse, video cameras.
- Compatible with Skype Communications.
