From the beginning our company has made a difference for the quality of the service we provide and the constant effort to improve it. We are not the same company we were 20 years ago, we have learned and evolved, investing in technology and taking care of the human quality that has characterized us so much. We want to tell you some of the main axes of our service area:

  • · We have a staff of excellent human quality and highly trained in the technical/engineering part and in the resolution of conflicts or unforeseen events in the customer's plant.
  • · We have a modern Remote Support System (RSS) that is incorporated to our equipment through which we can provide remote services in a wide range of hours, understanding the needs of our customers and that our market is the world.
  • · Our technical and commercial team is trained to work in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
  • · We continue to develop representations and soon we will have services in different areas of Europe and USA, seeking to get even closer to our customers.
  • · Part of the essential service is based on the quality of the records we have today; the equipment is thoroughly tested and all the processes and care necessary to operate them properly and to last for many years are documented; some of them have been working for a lifetime already!
