Filling Systems
The integrated filling machines are provided with different types of filling mechanisms:
- Mechanically driven piston fillers.
- Servo-assisted piston fillers with volume selection via control panel.
- Flow meter fillers compliant with GMP standards.
Liquid Dispensing Nozzles
Depending on the product to be dispensed in our filling machines, we use dispensing nozzles that can be static or dynamic, following the container’s trajectory with servo-driven tracking.
The dispensing nozzles, piping, and measuring systems are removable for cleaning according to procedures (COP/CIP).
Flexibility and quick format change are key features of the engineering applied by Auting’s packaging division in its equipment, simplifying operation, reducing personnel skill requirements, and ensuring efficient cleaning processes.
Regarding the sealing or drip-cutting system, either open-nozzle cut-off or nozzles with shut-off valves are used.
Auting fillers are provided for low or high-viscosity liquids, as well as liquids with solid solutions like sauces or others.
We offer models with linear filling systems and servo-driven movable nozzles, providing high system flexibility and significantly increasing production.
